The Post-Up Club is a monthly snail mail experience for women's basketball fans who are ready to put the phone down — and pick up something they can feel.

Each month, you'll receive a thoughtfully written letter from Kim Nunley, a former college hooper turned WBB super fan, along with a handcrafted mix of paper extras designed to be touched, kept, and revisited.

Women's basketball is growing fast. But most of that energy lives on a screen. The Post-Up Club is your invitation to slow down, step away from the scroll, and spend time with the game in a way that feels different — physical and intentional.

FAQ

When do I get my letter?

I send The Post-Up Club letters near the 1st of every month. Most members receive it within 2–10 business days after it ships.

If you sign up before the 25th, you’ll receive the following month’s letter. If you sign up after the 25th, your first letter will arrive the one month after the following month.

For example, let's say you sign up on April 20th. You will receive your first letter the first or second week of May. But if you sign up April 28th, you will receive your first letter the first or second week of June.

What if I need to change my address?

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account, if you created one during purchase, including updating your address. If you run into any issues, just reach out at hello@thepostupclub.com and I’ll help take care of it.

What happens if I didn't receive my letter?

Mail can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive. If your letter hasn’t shown up by the 15th that month, send an email to hello@thepostupclub.com and I’ll make it right by resending it.

Before reaching out, it’s worth double-checking your receipt to make sure your address is correct, since that’s often the issue.

Do you ship in the U.S. only?

For now, yes. We’re starting with U.S. based members only, with plans to look into expanding in the future.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time through your account. If you have any trouble or need help, feel free to reach out at hello@thepostupclub.com and I’ll take care of it for you.

Cancellations will apply to the month that has not yet been packaged or shipped. There are no refunds for letters already packaged or shipped.
