THE POST-UP CLUB — SHIPPING POLICY
How We Ship: Every piece of Post-Up Club mail is sent with love — and a stamp. To keep membership affordable, all domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS stamped mail. Because of this, orders do not include tracking information. Once your letter is in the mail, it's on its way!
Domestic Shipping (United States): All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class stamped mail at no additional cost. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Tracking is not available for stamped mail.
International Shipping: The Post-Up Club ships to select international destinations, including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. International orders are sent via USPS Global Forever Stamp mail.
International shipping fees are as follows:
- Monthly Subscription: $1.00 USD
- Gift Subscription (3-month): $3.00 USD
- Gift Subscription (6-month): $6.00 USD
Please note that international transit times vary and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take several weeks depending on your destination and local postal service. Tracking is not available for international stamped mail.
Lost or Missing Mail Because our orders ship without tracking, we are unable to confirm delivery status once a piece has been mailed. If your mail has not arrived within 4 weeks (domestic) or 8 weeks (international), please reach out to us at hello@thepostupclub.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
